Run to the Beach 5K & 10K  July 4th, 2015

Race Details

Run, walk or stroll the 5K or 10K course. Starting at the North Tahoe Regional Park the courses offer scenic and fun trails. The 5K is a quick course and the 10K has a signature climb. Come out with your friends and family and start your July 4th with a run, walk, or stroll to the Beach.

Parking is located at the North Tahoe Regional Park. There is a nominal parking fee. After the race walk back to your car, less than a mile.

The finish is on the Beach at the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area featuring a great beach for swimming! Tahoe Vista and North Lake Tahoe are great places to spend your July 4th weekend. Fireworks are scheduled for the evening of July 3rd!

Tech Tee included.  Cold beverages, including Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, awards, and raffle, at the finish.

How to Register: 

Online Registration

  • By CREDIT CARD available through 8:00PM on – July 3rd
  • By CHECK available post marked by June 24, 2015 and mail to Imathlete

On-Site Registration/Packet Pick Up

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received via email or phone 15 days or more prior to the event date, will receive a credit in the amount of the original registration fee, minus a 15% administration fee per person/per race.  The race credit is good for one year towards any Big Blue Adventure events.
  • Race Registration may be transferred to another Big Blue Adventure event with 15 days notice and are subject to a 15% admin fee.
